• To lock the deadlock/secure lock: Please press and hold the deadbolt button for several seconds. Once you hear the beep sound and prompt tone, the door is successfully locked.

• To unlock the deadlock/secure lock: 

1. Please use the Programming Code to unlock.
2. Please use the Physical Key to unlock.
3. For the DS10 PRO, it can be unlocked via the app.

   Important Note: After the Deadlock/Secure lock function is turned on, only the Programming Code can unlock, and all user code cannot unlock (using the Programming Code to unlock the lock will remove the Deadlock restriction)
