Finger preparation:
Please ensure that fingers are clean, dry, and free from grease, water, or other stains that may affect the clarity of fingerprints and identification.
Avoid using broken or degraded fingers for recording, as the fingerprints of these fingers may not be clear, making identification difficult.
Pressing method:
Please press your finger gently on the fingerprint identification area, avoiding excessive force that may damage the fingerprint lock or affect the identification effect.
Keep your finger steady, do not move or shake your finger to ensure that the fingerprint can be completely covered on the fingerprint recognition module.
Repeat entry:
In order to improve the recognition accuracy, it is recommended to repeat the fingerprint entry of the same finger several times, usually need to add more than three times.
Each time you make an entry, you can slightly adjust the press position and angle of your finger so that the fingerprint lock can capture more comprehensive fingerprint information.
Check the power supply and module:
Please make sure the power supply of the fingerprint lock is normal and the fingerprint identification module is in normal working condition.
If you find any dust or stains on the fingerprint identification module, it should be cleaned in time.
