What should I do if the keypad fails to recognize the password or won't open?

Check Batteries: Please make sure the batteries are installed properly. The batteries are getting low if the battery indicator keeps flashing.

Please replace with four new batteries for the best performance (Alkaline batteries, do not use rechargeable batteries )
Check Password Entry: Ensure the entered password is correct, with no omissions or errors.
Restart the Keypad Lock: Attempt to restart the keypad lock system or disconnect and reconnect the power supply.
Check the installation: Please make sure the cable is well-connected to the port, and was not damaged during installation.

Please make sure the lock has been set up and complete the bolt direction determination.
Emergency Backup Method - Use Mechanical Key: If the keypad lock is equipped with a mechanical keyhole, use the mechanical key for emergency unlocking.
