Please note that if you receive an "Information is wrong" message, it's likely because you entered incorrect information or didn't follow the rules when adding a new member.
There are two common mistakes:
- When entering the name, avoid using any emojis or special characters, as this can cause the app to misidentify your name.
- When setting the password, keep it between 4 and 8 characters long. Passwords shorter or longer than this will also trigger an error.
Also, please provide us with a video (screen recording) showing your entire process.
