Fingerprint Entry:
Usually, fingerprint entry needs to be done at the door lock, which has a fingerprint capture device.
In APP, you may only be able to see the list of fingerprints that have been entered and name them, or perform other management operations.
Our door locks need to enter fingerprints up to 5 times before it is successful. We do recommend adding fingerprints of the same finger a few more times, please refer to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0KjypNNpX4
Fingerprint Delete:
When the door lock is connected, in the APP, you can find the list of recorded fingerprints and select the fingerprints to be deleted for operation.
For the DS10, you can only add or delete the fingerprint on the lock. Please refer to the steps below:
