Check Bluetooth: If the door lock supports Bluetooth connection, make sure the Bluetooth function of your phone is turned on, and the door lock is in a discoverable state.

Restart APP and door lock: Try to log out of the APP and log in again, and restart the door lock device at the same time.

Check Power: Make sure the battery of the door lock is fully charged. Please check if there is a “low battery” warning.

Check APP version: Make sure the Smart Life APP you are using is the latest version. If not, please update to the latest version.
- Contact customer service: If none of the above methods can solve the problem, please contact the customer service of Smart Life APP or the after-sales service of the door lock for help. In the app interface, click ‘Me’ -> ‘Help Centre’ to find the customer service.
