I. Temporary Passwords
Setting Temporary Passwords:
Open the app: First, make sure you have downloaded and installed the Smart Life app, and have successfully logged in to your account.
Select the door lock: On the app's main interface, find and click into the connected door lock device page.
Add a temporary password:
On the door lock device page, there will usually be an option for "Temporary Password" or "Guest Password".
Click on this option, and follow the app's prompts to set the name, valid duration, and other parameters of the temporary password.
Click the "Generate" or "Confirm" button to successfully create the temporary password.
Using Temporary Passwords:
Provide the generated temporary password to the guest or temporary user, and they can enter it on the door lock to unlock.
Please note that the temporary password has a limited valid duration and will become unusable after expiration.
II. Member Management
Adding Members:
Enter Family Management: In the app, find and click on the "Family Management" or similar option.
Add Members:
On the family management page, select the "Add Member" or "Invite Member" option.
Enter the phone number or email of the person you want to invite, and send the invitation.
The invited member will receive the invitation notification and needs to accept it in the app to become a family member.
Managing Member Permissions:
On the family management page, you can view the list of all family members.
Click on a member's name to enter their details page, and set their operation permissions on the door lock and other devices.
III. Smart Applications
Scene Settings:
The Gooee Smart Life app supports scene-setting functionality, where users can create different scene modes as needed.
For example, you can set an "Away Mode" to automatically lock the door, turn off the lights, etc., and a "Home Mode" to automatically unlock the door, turn on the lights, etc.

Users can also set up automated tasks, such as sending notifications to family members or triggering other device operations when the door lock is opened.
