- Please make sure the key is not in the lockset when installing the deadbolt, and make sure the backset on the latch is set to the proper length. Please refer to Installation Instructions for details: DS10/DS10 Pro Installation Tutorial
- Please restore to the factory setting and enter the default Master Code to set up the lock.
Door lock motor rotates but fails to extend or retract the deadbolt?
